Preparation Guide (from frozen)
For best results, cook from frozen – it is not necessary to defrost the product.
To reheat the bag. Place bag in boiled water until mussels open, approximately 6-8 minutes, carefully remove bag, cut bag and pour out contents (hot natural juices and mussels). Can be microwave heated, slit bag place in microwave with slit facing up, microwave on high for 5-7 minutes, handle with care, open pack and serve.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
